About Me and My Journey:

Hi! My name is Rupesh Padhi. I belong to Brahmapur, Odisha, Bharat.

In 2011, I completed my schooling at a government school.

In 2016, after graduating with a Bachelor’s in Computer Application, I joined Infosys BPO as a Process Executive, where I worked for over one year on a KYC (Know Your Customer) project.

During this time, I realized that there were limited learning opportunities and career growth in the BPO sector. Therefore, I decided to leave and seek new challenges.

After leaving Infosys BPO, I spent some time preparing for the government exams with absolutely no idea of what I was doing and what I would do in my life.

In 2018, I started pursuing a Master’s in Computer Application, which I completed in 2020. The fun part is that I completed a Master’s in Computer Application, but I didn’t even know the fundamentals of Computer Application.

In January 2021, I started self-learning Java programming and began applying for IT Jobs.

In June 2021, I joined Capgemini as a Software Engineer and left in August 2021 because I received an offer from IBM.

In September 2021, I joined IBM, where I worked for two years on a Salesforce implementation project as a Salesforce Developer.

Since December 5th, 2023, I have been Happily and Proudly Unemployed again.
